Partial Refund Scenarios

Project Cancellation Mid-way: If you decide to cancel after work has started, refund will be calculated based on work completed versus payment made.

No Refund Scenarios

Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind about the project.
Delivered & Accepted Work: Once work is delivered and accepted by you, no refunds are provided for that phase.

  • Consultation Hours: Time spent on consultation, planning, and meetings
  • Third-party Expenses: Costs incurred for domains, hosting, licenses, or plugins
  • Emergency Services: Malware removal and emergency security fixes once completed
